4. Performance-Based and Risk-Reduced Models

In certain programs, A2 Digital Dynamics may offer performance-based or risk-reduced pricing models.

However, we do not guarantee:

Sales results

Revenue increases

Specific ROI

Exact appointment volumes unless explicitly defined in writing.

Results vary depending on industry conditions, sales teams, and external factors.


7. Intellectual Property

All proprietary systems, frameworks, and materials created by A2 Digital Dynamics including:

sales scripts

marketing frameworks

outreach strategies

qualification processes

internal systems

remain the intellectual property of A2 Digital Dynamics unless otherwise stated in writing.

Clients may not copy, resell, or redistribute these materials.


8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

9. Compliance With Laws

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the previous three (3) months.


11. Indemnification

legal violations by the client

misuse of leads or appointments


12. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the service agreement.

Termination may occur due to:

non-payment

Outstanding balances remain payable after termination.


13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes may be settled through:
